Just have to add ' in front of Time to make it text. Then can be used in the formula as desired outcome

I need to deduct one hour from the 'CaptureTime' field(column E) which is in seconds. This I have done by deducting 3600seconds. I have then divided this by 86400 to allow for the column to be formatted into hh:mm:ss 2. I then need to use this column and concatenate this field to the 'CaptureDate' field and get a field which is similar to the data in 'column G'.
