This is the formula you would use in your results cell: =COUNTIFS(A1:A6,$B$8,A1:A6,$C$8) Where A1:A6 is you range of 24,35,36,38,37,48,42 and $B$8 & $C$8 are your criteria parameters. You can have a number if nested criterias in the COUNTIFS function. Regards. Serghei.
