Hi Icefagur, One quick way could be apply autofilter (Select data -> press Ctrl + * and then press Alt + D + F + F). Now select the quantity columen and filter out the data >0. The data will automatically shortened and if you want to print it out.. then press ctrl + * and then choose the print command, but remember to check "Selection" under "Print What" option. Thanks.
