When you used the Application.GetOpenFilename command. Is there a way to
make the file opened a active window so that I can store the filename as a
string.

This is what I am doing so far and it is not working.

            OpenFile_2 = Application.GetOpenFilename(FileFilter:="Excel
Files (*.xls), *.xls", _
                    Title:="Please select File #2 :Archived file to compare
with File #1")
            If OpenFile_2 = False Then
                ' They pressed Cancel
                MsgBox "Stopping because you did not select File 2"
            Exit Sub
            Else
            Workbooks.Open Filename:=OpenFile_2
            File2 = Workbooks(2).Name
            End If

Thanks,

Mog
