Hi Lynn,
There are two way to accomplish this.
1. You can use If Function as if(isnull(Sheet1!C6),"",Sheet1!C6)
Or
2. You can to Tools->Options->View Tab and Clear "Zero Values" check Box.
After This, even though there are zero values, they won't be displayed in
you sheet.
