Do As Below : 1. In Both the Sheets, Insert one column. 2. In The column inserted, enter a formula : =PartyName & BillNo. (where Partyname is the cell for PartyName and BillNo. Is the cell for Bill No.) 3. Based on above inserted column, do the vlookup and you've done.
