thank you for looking into this...

In the top grid the days run from top to bottom. On the other grid it
goes from left to right. On monday i got persons 4,6,9,12,14 and 18 on
either morn or o-c. (open/close). On the grid below i use from that
person 6,12,18. On tuesday top grid morning people are person
5,7,8,10,11,14,19 from them i use person 8,10,19 at the botom grid.
Etc.

The names i allready got in the grid at the bottom im try to duplicate
as little as posible. For example person 6 work morn on monday and
thursday. I only put person 6 on monday at the bottom grid not at
thursday again.  Person 12 work morn on monday and wednesday again
only put him on for monday only. Person 10 tuesday and thursday morn
again only usd on the bottom grid with tuesday only.
