I have done some experiments on this. Yes, you can do it by way of sub-classing the MsgBox but that is really very cumbersome, instead try creating a user form with the features whatever you want and use it as MsgBox that is more easier than sub-classing.. (Link provided by bhaskar was very helpful and it works in creating the Message Boxes similar to that of standard VBA Message boxes with all custom colors, fonts etc.,)
