The other solution offered, has the -1 outside of the parentheses.
This is incorrect.
The formula should be
=WORKDAY(B3,F3-1)

You need the Analysis Toolpak loaded, Tolls>Addins>Analysis Toolpak.

Note, you can also Exclude holidays as well as Weekends with the Workday
function.
If you have a list of Holiday dates in cells A1:A12, then use
=WORKDAY(B3,F3-1,$A$1:$A$12)
