Help !!!!!  I need some vb to organise example list below what I need
is for category to have type after it, the earliest date only & number
on the day & the total

EXAMPLE

Type : Cancel
Category : Cards
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-20       1
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-23       2
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-24       1
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-28       4
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-29       5
        Receipt Date : 2009-05-22       1
   Total for Category : Cards   14
Category : Payment Due
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-19       1
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-21       1
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-23       1
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-28       1
        Receipt Date : 2009-04-29       1
   Total for Category : Payment Due     5
Total for Type : Cancel 19

RESULT NEEDED

Cards - Cancel
20/4/09 1
Total Cards - Cancel    14
Payment Due - Cancel
19/4/09 1
Total Payment Due - Cancel      5
