Hi Mr.Khan, OpenXL is a Com Addin, it's not an .XLA, .XLAM or .XLL addin. Hence it appears in Com-Addins list rather than just Addin list. Please Check "Add/Remove Programs" and tell us that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and Visual Studio for Office 3.0 Runtime is installed or not. They're pre-requisites for it.
