You're WAY to frugal with your info...

"I have a data" ...
What FORMAT is the data in?
Where are  you getting it from?
"is more than the capacity of excel 2002".
Is it because if there is too many rows? or too many columns?

I mean, the answer if your file is:
a) a text file
b) that is sent from someone else (you don't have control of the source)
and
c) it has a million lines that are broken into 1,000 columns

is a COMPLETELY different answer than if the data is coming from MicroSoft
Access and your QUERY is returning the same million rows.
