Hi all, I am new to excel vba, but need help with a project i have that is due tomorrow. This is my question ... i have a spreadsheet with 10 columns like this..
Id col1 col2 col3 ..... col6 col7 col8 col9 col10 1 a a a 2 b b b 3 c c c val1 val2 val3 val4 val5 4 d a b 5 e a f val2 val3 val6 val2 val3 what i need is the cols 6 - col10 populated in rows 1, 2 with values from row 3 which is the first record which has data and cols 6 - col10 in row 4 copied from row 5 and so on.... the data needs to be populated from the first row which is not empty and "autofill" and so on. the spreadsheet is about 40000 rows, so i cant do it manually without errors or in time.... i was wondering if there was a way to write some code that would do the same thing?
