There's all sorts of levels of automation for this. What email program are you using? What is the source of the content of the email?
for instance... If you run it all from the spreadsheet, you could create a VBA application that CREATES the emails from data in the spreadsheet. That way, you already are logging the number in the spreadsheet. As far as "mails are logged for tracking purposes". How are they logged? within the email by keeping a copy? or is that the manual entry you're referring to?
