Mate,

That was the only solution I had for your problem if, you wanna use column
based data structure.
A suggestion for you, get rid of this column based data structure or use
SPSS.

And most important, the sheet I had sent you can be used for next 17 years
(If you are good in mathematics).
You can always change the column headings to row and vise versa in Pivot
table.
Let me know if you wanna go with my solution, We can refine the sheet
further.


Guys, I dont have any other solution (using pivot) for his query.
Please assist him for other better options.
