Hi Raafi Barey, You need to use Pivot Tables. The output you required is perfectly obtainable through them even for 10 lac rows of data(not just 5000 rows). I've seen your file and only after that I've made this view for solution. Please reply, if you need assistance on Pivot Tables. . . . . .
