Hai,

Keep the Cell activated in Cell A1.

Click "Conditional Formatting" from "Format" Menu

Select "Cell Value Is" > Select "Equal To" > Enter "0.33" without
double quotes

Click on "Format" button > Goto "Patterns" tab and Select Grey color >
Click OK

Now, You are done.... This solution is available with Excel 2003.
