Shay, whatever you have asked is possible in VBA. I am unable to offer the code
with me right now because of my busy schdeule. May be this weekend I will be
able to send you codes to insert Pivot in power point and to insert chart in
outlook.

Regarding q.3, you can't refresh the charts because the macro i sent
you imports charts as images. You can write another macro to delete
existing charts and import new ones again.

Regarding productivity, TAT etc I have created several small macros which make
my work faster and easier. You can send me your data files and dashboard sample
and I will try to write some code for you.

I have few questions.
1.   Can I also add a table like a pivot table in powerpoint
2.  Is it possible to save the charts directly to outlook mail?
3.   and how do u refresh the charts in powerpoint everytime when data is
modified in the excel sheet.
4.   can u please guide me the calculation part in excel like how did u derive
productivity, TAT etc as I got similar work but I was unable to complete it and

And congrats for winning by providing maximum answers.

Did you check macro security in Power Point also? What version of MS Office do
you have? Could you please send me a screen print of your desktop with the
error message?

Dear Hari, Attached zip file contains tow example files for your problem. Unzip
both files in same folder and then open Power Point file and run macro
xlchartpastespecial macro. The macro will copy all charts from excel file to
power point. You may record a macro to change chart position in the slide. Or
you can modify below code to change the position of the chart:

ActiveWindow.Selection.SlideRange.Shapes("Picture 1").Select
    With ActiveWindow.Selection.ShapeRange
        .IncrementLeft 308.25
        .IncrementTop 180.75
    End With

Subject: $$Excel-Macros$$ charts to powerpoint

Hi All,

I have a problem of inserting 6 charts from a excel sheet to slide in power
point. The effort is doing for almost 58-60 slides in a similar fashion. I got
the code for getting the charts into a power point slide. Can anyone advise me
with formatting the positioning of the charts in power point thru vba code
excel.

Hari kumar
