I created a List using Data Validation which Contains Employee Names ( say 70 no.'s) and Named the Range as Employee List .I want to Know if any Employee repeats morethan 3 times in that Particular Range. I want to use Countif Formula in the Validation, but as there is already a Validation with the same range as LIST. the Previous Validation will be Erased.
