guys, I really appreciate all the responses, but I had mentioned that the email generation is a automated process without any human intervention. Data is exported and email on an event daily int he morning. So the point of copy pasting and opening is not an option for me. I I click that little green devil, I know how to change the text as number, but the real solution that I require is how to put the values as a number in the first place.
