Step 1 : Select the entire sheet.
Step 2: Press Ctrl + 1 or Click format on menu bar then click Cells
Step 3: Go to Protection tab and uncheck on "Locked" then click ok
Step 4: Select the cells that you want to be protected
Step 5: Go to Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet
Step 6: Uncheck the "Select Locked Cells"
Step 7: Give password in the blank space which is shown on the top of wizard
Step 8: Re-enter the password
Step 9: Click Ok and done.
