Hi there,

Hope you doing great!

This is in reference to your problem. Please follow the below listed steps.

Select the Entire Column with the Data viz. A and then,
Go To Data
Click Text To Column
Select Fixed Width then Click Next
You'd see partial Data @ Data Preview
Just Click over the scale and drag the pointer where you want the data to be
seperated from.
Click Next and Finish there you go you'd see the Phone no's and E-mails have
been separated.

*Note :* Please make sure you Keep the Next Column Vacant viz. If Data is in
column A then Column B should be Empty.

So guys hope I've tried my level best to explain em. Please be kind enough
to share your suggestion and don't forget to keep me in Loop.
