Use below functions:

For date:
=TEXT(A1,"mm/dd/yyyy")

For time:
=TEXT(A1,"hh:mm:ss AM/PM")
 A1 is the cell where the data (date and time) is stored.

I need date in A2 cell and time in in A3 cell.  How to do it.  Plz
