Hi, Try this: SUMPRODUCT(--(A2:A100="Ramesh")*(D2:D100)) Change the name as required, or type the desired name into a spare cell, eg H1, and use: SUMPRODUCT(--(A2:A100=H1)*(D2:D100)) Regards - Dave.
