What is the problem? What do you actually want to know?

There is a formula in column F : =IF(E17<>"","You Cant Left the Cell
Blank","") this formula means if cell in column E is not blank then
in the cell of column F it should show as "You Cant Left the Cell
Blank" otherwise it should not show anything.

There is formula in column G: =IF(E17="HO","No must be entered between
1- 100","As u wish") this formula means if cell in column E is equal
to "HO" then in the cell of column G it should show as "No must be
entered between 1-100" otherwise it should show as "As u wish".

In both columns IF formula has been used
