Hi That will not suffice my requirement as Lotus notes can stop receiving mails as per a certain criteria but those mails still end up eating bytes in the inbox which will not be visible as mails . Hence the mail box needs to be archived everytime the quota is full.
What I am looking for is something like this "MailDoc.SaveMessageOnSend = True " . The code does not save any mails on to the sent folder hence saving space .
