I have a couple of problems : 1. I wanted to know if there is some short cut for using vlookup multiple times . For eg, I have a table with Name , Phone no ,address..etc in a workbook. I have a few names from the master list in the second sheet . Now I want to use vlookup to pull all the details from the first sheet i.e phone no , address , etc . I don't want to write individual vlookup for each column . Wanted to know if there is any short cut . 2. With similar sheet , If the names in the second sheet have some minor spelling mistakes,is it possible to still pull out data from the first sheet . For eg. Shree Ram in the first sheet could be Sri Ram in the second OR Ram Ltd could be Ram Ltd. In the second sheet . Using vlookup in such a case is not working.so is there any other way someone can suggest ? Thanks in advance .
