Thanks, fixed. I had looked in 'Preferences', didn't think of looking in 'Plugins'.
I'm quite new to Evolution - I had been using a Windows-based e-mail client (TheBat!) running under WINE. But, the POP protocols were recently removed from the latest versions of WINE. 20+ years of using TheBat!, still learning the ins/outs of Evolution.
