Ran into this as well. Using Kubuntu 20.04 currently, which is based on vanilla Ubuntu 20.04. FWIW, and if I understood it correctly, according to https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jammy/armhf/evolution-ews, the Evolution Mail-ews 3.42 package is proposed to be included with the upcoming Ubuntu 22.04, which in turn suggests the entire Evolution Mail package 3.42 will be included. Further, according to https://mail.gnome.org/archives/evolution-list/2021-November/msg00156.html, with Evolution data server 3.42, it's suggested the warning shouldn't show anymore, if a workaround is done. Did I understand this correctly? About those caveats, could you expand a bit on that? Are there gotchas' one should be aware of with flatpaks in general or just with the Evolution Mail flatpaks? -- Sorin Srbu, Serverdrift Tele: 08-524 84166 Karolinska Institutet Universitetsbibliotek Avdelningen för Verksamhetsstöd Enheten för Teknikstöd och Bildproduktion # They say you can't buy happiness, but you can buy a # motorcycle, and that's pretty damn close!
