Hi, I did use:
https://help.gnome.org/users/evolution/stable/mail-composer-from-field-override.html.en using evolution 3.36.5-0ubuntu1. However it did not use my changed from address (using sub addressing for gmail) but instead the mail was sent with the main account email address, a little bit unexpected.
