Just added the Received header, and for some reason for few dozen messages there is a large discrepency between the Date and the Received time stamps, perhaps due to the `mb2md` conversion.

Yes, `mb2md` creates new/cur/tmp on the target folder, then puts extracted emails into the cur sub folder.
