I don't have any "selected" accounts. All accounts are POP3 and local
Inbox is selected. Same with the calendars, there is only one local
calendar. When I click Accept on a meeting invitation, Evolution adds
first alphabetical account email as an attendee and sends the accepted
meeting back with a wrong attendee.
