I tried Google with "evolution Printer not found" query and the very
first link here references:

which contains a workaround at:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1893447#c2
which is to run Evolution from a terminal as:
$ WEBKIT_FORCE_SANDBOX=0 evolution
That may not necessarily work, if your Evolution is a Flatpak
Evolution, as Andre asked in the other message in this thread.
