thanks, The reconnect button does nothing. As the message says service name unknown, this can also be a network issue like dns resolution, but I can't find where is the issue.

For me, Linux Mint 19 and 20, running 3.40.1 (flatpak git9913368), there is a reconnect button on the right side of the message. Clicking the button, results and a login screen for said account.
