        Hi,
you can delete them all. The one in the 'trash' subdirectory suggests
Evolution did delete the account, but it had been restored afterwards
(or its deletion was not finished completely).

I see. That worked fine for me, as far as I remember.

That you still have it in .cache/evolution/mail/<UID>, and that the
source registry had been restarted and it still claims about that mail
account, means there is still available a "<UID>.source" file
somewhere, at/under one of those directories I mentioned in my previous
mail. Try to search for it and eventually delete it/them. If not
searching by UID, search the *.source files for the email address you
used in that (partially) removed account.
