Hi,
how did you configure the Exchange account, please? Directly in
Evolution or through anything like (GNOME) Online Accounts?
The error means that it could not talk to a D-Bus service it had been
connected to before. What that ":1.64" name corresponded to is hard to
guess, but as you mention log out/log in, it can be the user session
was not fully closed on log out and necessary background processes were
not started from scratch on log in, just as they do after (re)boot.
