Not sure to what the original poster refers either, but when I use a
filtered view (such as "Unread Messages" only) and I leave a folder
(where I had a message opened that had turned "Read" from "Unread"), go
to another folder, and then go back to the first folder, I very often
end up at the oldest unread message at the very bottom of the list (as
I sort by Date and have newest messages on top). 3.28.5.
