Hi,
yes, it is. It shows there's more than 9 minutes delay (565 seconds)
between the last successful request and response and the 401 resonse.
I'd really expect the problem being the server disconnected. Could you
try to change the refresh interval of the Mail account to, say, 5
minutes, please? Just to test whether the mail part will claim again.
Your server admins might be able to tell you how short the inactivity
timeout is, in case it's less than 5 minutes.
