There is a bug in the Evolution OAuth2 response parsing. You don't say what version of Evolution you are using, but it was fixed in 3.28.3+ https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=795997 You have two choices really: upgrade to a fixed version of Evolution or use Gnome Online Accounts to setup the account in Evolution.
