Hi, right, ideally file one bug for each issue, in GNOME bugzilla. The detail about IMAP account is sort of important, though it's implicit as soon as you mention real Junk folder for the account (no other accounts allow this). If I read it properly, then you have basically three issues: 1) changing "Check incoming messages for Junk" option for the account requires Evolution restart to take effect 2) Message->Check for Junk works only when option from 1) is checked 3) Using real Junk folder, the moved messages do not keep Unread flag (which can depend on the server handling too). The first two are closely related, I'll keep it up to you whether you want to use one report for them or two separate. I don't mind.
