Hi, I tried to reproduce it locally again, with 3.25.4 development release, and I wasn't fully able to reproduce it, even though there happened something bad. What I did: a) created a new thread, sending message from one account to Gmail b) message received; marked it as Ignore thread c) in the Sent folder replied to this message, again sending to Gmail d) the new message had been marked to ignore thread (in italic), I had not been notified about its arrival, but also the original message in Inbox lost the "Ignore thread" flag (not in italic now). That's the bad thing I noticed, the root of the thread lost the "Ignore thread" flag for some reason. I wasn't able to reproduce it again, when re-tagging the message with the flag and sending new message to that thread, neither when I sent a message under the second message (the one created in step c) from above). The first thing might be to verify that the thread messages are still in italic in the message list, which indicates that it's marked to Ignore Thread. Andre's bug shows that the parent messages had been marked as such, but the newly received had been missed. There can be some valid circumstances, like failing to find the parent message when there are broken references in the message, but it didn't seem to be the case there. I will update the bug when/if I find anything.
