Evolution 3.20.3 on Fedora 24 Spell checking works fine in that unknown words are highlighted in the composer. However there used to be a list of possible correct spellings if you right-click on the highlighted word - that doesn't exist now. Doing a "proper" spell check (i.e. Edit -> Check spelling / F7) works and gives suggestions, the suggestions just don't appear in the right- click context menu.
