No, it says "If you're not using one of the above listed clients, as a
general rule, we suggest the following settings:" and the one directly
above happens to be "Outlook Express".

What more do you want to know about for Evolution?  Are you unsure
where to set things like the Sent Folder? (Edit -> Preferences ->
<select account> -> Edit -> Defaults) Or how to turn off Junk/Spam
checking (Receiving Options on the same page).

Or, god forbid, you might like to look in the Evolution Help for the
section on Gmail access for some hints: Help -> Contents -> "Common
Mail Questions and Problems" -> "Access a Gmail IMAP Account via
Evolution".
