you accidentally replied only to me, not to the list.

Yours evolution 3.10.x doesn't have any such option in the
File->New->Mail Account, the option had been added in time of 3.18.x or
3.16.x, I do not recall precisely. In any case, using the Previous
button works everywhere, even in your version (maybe the naming is not
right), just do File->New->Mail Account->fill your name and email
address->Next->Previous and that's all. Then you'll be presented with
the actual settings, which you can tweak.
