Things like this seem to be to do with the webkit editor and specific font sizes - see the thread started by me at https://mail.gnome.org/archives/evolution-list/2015-June/msg00132.html try changing the system font size to 12pt - the default for Fedora is 11pt which seems to be particularly bad!
