The policy of Arch is to go with current stable releases from upstream, very seldom there's a delay. IIRC this is the first time it happend for Evolution within the last three years. "Flagged out-of-date on 2015-06-08" https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/evolution/ https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/evolution/ This likely will be upgraded soon. You also could use ABS and fix the PKGBUILDs. [rocketmouse@archlinux ~]$ ls -hAl /var/abs/extra/evolution-data -server/ total 8.0K -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 148 Jun 10 00:05 evolution-data-server.install -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1.3K Jun 10 00:05 PKGBUILD $ ls -hAl /var/abs/extra/evolution total 8.0K -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 346 Jun 10 00:05 evolution.install -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2.8K Jun 10 00:05 PKGBUILD Or if you don't want to edit a PKGBUILD, just use the PKGBUILDs from AUR. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/evolution-data-server-git/ https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/evolution-git/ Don't care about the git version mentioned on the website, a git packages usually updates master each time you build a git package. EWS and other Evolution related stuff is also available. _______________________________________________ evolution-list mailing list evolution-list@gnome.org To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
