right, it was marked as such very recently, and as its comment #9
states: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=733877#c9
there are some caveats where the fix will not work (for example when
the attachments are marked by the sender to be viewed inline
automatically).

Otherwise the aforementioned fix covers all attachments, thus if you do
not view the XML in the Evolution, and it is not marked to be viewed
inline, then you should be safe and quick with 3.16.3+.
