What you should be looking at is the Date: header, not the date in the Received: headers. Milan's date is Date: Mon, 02 Feb 2015 08:03:49 +0100 and mine is Date: Fri, 30 Jan 2015 13:27:14 +0000 Which match up with what you see. The -0500 timezone refers to the setting on the machine that Milan sends his mail through, not on Milan's machine he is sending the mail from. It is coincidence that Milan's machine is in the same timezone that you were expecting to see.
