You should then find the account in the evolution list. (I believe this happens because of the strong integration of evolution with gnome) Actually, since gnome 3.14, it seems that you can set an EWS account directly in evolution. You use the evolution preferences to set up a new account and before exiting the setup you return to the account type screen to change the account from IMAP to EWS and then complete the sequence.
