I used Evolution version 3.12.3 on a 64-bit Arch Linux distro. I have the same problem. I did my best to find a solution on Google, and good descriptions are around as early as 2008: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1766170 In that post title, it has the word "solved", except that it is not, it is the same.
Let me give me my own example. I get a message from somebody, and from the headers of that message, it is formatted in text mode: Accept-Language: en-US, en-GB Content-Language: en-US X-MS-Has-Attach: X-MS-TNEF-Correlator: acceptlanguage: en-US, en-GB Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" When I "reply" to this, a "reply compose window" opens, but the quoted text of the sender now does not line wrap and goes on far beyond the right border. It happens no matter whether I compose my messages in plain text or HTML mode (as I tried by switching in the preferences dialog). This problem happens frequently to me, so I assume it happens to many users as well. It really breaks my flow of working considerably, and really makes me consider an alternative solution (but I think evolution is otherwise really good). Thanks for suggestions/solutions!!! -- View this message in context: http://gnome-evolution-general.1774414.n4.nabble.com/line-wrap-in-html-preview-tp4658062p4659400.html Sent from the Gnome Evolution - General mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ evolution-list mailing list evolution-list@gnome.org To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
